By using the Website, you acknowledge the limitations described here. Paid services are also governed by the applicable proposal, Order, Statement of Work, Service Agreement and Terms of Service .

Preliminary conversations, website prices, examples, timelines, budgets and estimates may be based on limited information and can change after discovery, technical review or scope confirmation.

The accepted proposal, Order or Statement of Work controls the actual deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, assumptions and timeline for a paid engagement.

No Guarantee of Business or Marketing Results

GrowPep does not guarantee a particular ranking, rating, reach, impression level, traffic increase, lead volume, conversion rate, acquisition cost, sale, revenue, profit, return on investment, media placement, platform approval or other business outcome.

Results may be affected by factors including:

• the Client’s offer, pricing, product, service and sales process;
• market conditions, competition, seasonality and demand;
• website quality, speed, history, authority and conversion experience;
• budget, data quality, audience size and creative performance;
• Client cooperation, approvals, access and implementation;
• search algorithms, platform policies and auction conditions;
• customer behavior, public sentiment and third-party decisions;
• legal, regulatory, technical and economic changes.

Strategy, execution and optimization can improve the opportunity for progress but cannot remove uncertainty or guarantee market response.

SEO and Search Visibility Disclaimer

Search engines independently control crawling, indexing, ranking, snippets, local results and search-feature eligibility. They may change algorithms, policies, interfaces and enforcement without notice.

GrowPep may recommend and implement recognized SEO practices, but no agency or third-party tool has control over a search engine’s internal ranking systems. Keyword, traffic, authority or visibility projections are estimates and may not occur.

SEO commonly requires technical quality, helpful content, market relevance, authority, implementation and time. A temporary or permanent ranking change does not by itself prove that GrowPep’s work caused or failed to prevent the change.

Reputation Management and Review Disclaimer

GrowPep may provide reputation audits, monitoring, response support, profile review, escalation workflows and ethical customer-feedback systems. GrowPep does not control reviewers, customers, review platforms, publishers, search engines or regulators.

We do not guarantee removal, suppression, ranking change, rating improvement, account reinstatement or a particular platform response. A platform determines whether content violates its rules and whether it will take action.

GrowPep does not provide, purchase, sell or encourage fake reviews, false testimonials, reviewer impersonation, undisclosed insider reviews, sentiment-conditioned incentives or unlawful review suppression.

A request to report or challenge content must have a good-faith basis. Honest negative opinions are not automatically false, defamatory or removable merely because they are unfavorable.

GrowPep cannot guarantee reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, clicks, leads, conversion volume, cost per result, return on ad spend, account approval or uninterrupted availability.

Advertising forecasts and media plans are estimates based on available data and assumptions. Actual results can differ materially. Unless an Order expressly says otherwise, advertising spend, platform charges, taxes and third-party production costs are separate from GrowPep’s management fees.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, substantiation, legality and required disclosures of their products, offers, promotions, endorsements and regulated claims.

Website Development and Technology Disclaimer

Websites and software depend on browsers, devices, hosting, domains, plugins, themes, libraries, APIs, payment providers, content systems and other third-party technology that may change, fail, become incompatible or be discontinued.

GrowPep may test against the environments included in an accepted scope but does not warrant identical presentation or behavior on every device, browser, assistive technology or future software version.

Performance, accessibility, security, privacy and legal compliance are ongoing processes, not one-time guarantees. No website, server, transmission or security measure is completely free of defects, vulnerabilities, outages or unauthorized activity.

Ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance, updates, backups, accessibility review, security response and post-launch support are included only when expressly stated in the applicable Order.

Testimonials, Reviews, Portfolio and Case Studies

Testimonials and reviews reflect the honest opinions and experiences of the identified contributors at the time provided. Individual experiences vary and are not a promise that another client will receive the same result.

Portfolio items and case studies illustrate selected work, methods or outcomes under specific facts, resources and periods. Results may not be typical and may not be reproducible in another business, market or engagement.

When a testimonial, endorsement or review involves a material relationship that requires disclosure, GrowPep intends to provide a clear disclosure near the relevant content.

GrowPep does not knowingly publish fabricated testimonials or misrepresent whether a person used a service. Client names, confidential details and non-public work are displayed only with permission or another valid basis.
