We collect information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, operate accounts, process payments and secure the Website.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information GrowPep LLC collects, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices and rights available to you.
We collect information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, operate accounts, process payments and secure the Website.
We use personal information for stated business purposes and seek to avoid collecting information that is not reasonably needed.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or other privacy choices described below.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by GrowPep LLC (“GrowPep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through GrowPep.com, related forms, consultation booking, accounts, client portal functions, online transactions, communications and digital services.
For information collected for GrowPep’s own business purposes—such as website inquiries, account administration, billing, marketing preferences and website analytics—GrowPep generally acts as the business, controller or organization responsible for deciding why and how the information is processed.
When GrowPep processes personal information supplied by a client solely to perform contracted services under that client’s instructions, GrowPep may act as a service provider or processor. In that situation, the client is generally responsible for the legality of the collection and its instructions, and the applicable service agreement or data-processing terms may also apply.
Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, health information, financial account credentials or other sensitive personal information through a general contact form unless GrowPep specifically requests it through an approved, secure process.
The categories collected depend on how you interact with GrowPep. We seek to collect only information reasonably relevant to the requested purpose.

GrowPep does not use personal information for a materially unrelated purpose without providing additional notice or obtaining consent where required.
Where a law requires GrowPep to identify a legal basis, processing may rely on one or more of the following:
To respond to a requested quotation, enter an agreement, provide purchased services, manage an account or process payment.
For optional cookies, certain marketing, or another activity where valid consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn.
To operate and improve the business, communicate with business contacts, prevent fraud, secure systems and maintain records, where those interests are not overridden by individual rights.

Some GrowPep services require access to client websites, hosting, business profiles, analytics, advertising accounts, social accounts, review platforms, content systems, customer communications or other client-controlled environments.
Clients are responsible for providing lawful instructions and for ensuring they have the necessary authority, notices and permissions to share personal information with GrowPep. GrowPep uses client data to provide the contracted service, follow documented instructions, maintain security and comply with applicable agreements and law.
Where appropriate, access should be provided through role-based, delegated or temporary credentials rather than sharing a primary password. Clients should remove access when it is no longer required.
A client-specific service agreement, Statement of Work, confidentiality agreement or Data Processing Agreement may add terms that apply to a particular project.
GrowPep.com may use cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies for security, requested functionality, preferences, analytics, embedded features and advertising measurement.
Where applicable law requires prior consent, non-essential analytics, advertising or comparable technologies should remain inactive until consent is provided. You can learn more about categories, providers and controls in our Cookie Policy.
GrowPep does not sell personal information in exchange for money. If a technology constitutes “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under an applicable U.S. privacy law, GrowPep will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism.
GrowPep may disclose personal information only as reasonably needed for a disclosed purpose, including to:
Hosting, security, cloud storage, email, forms, booking, authentication, analytics, payment, accounting, support, communications and other operational providers.
Advertising, social, search, analytics or conversion platforms where an integration is enabled and permitted by your choices and applicable law.
Attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, consultants or other advisers subject to appropriate duties.
Courts, regulators, law enforcement or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems or prevent unlawful activity.
A potential or actual buyer, investor, lender, successor or adviser involved in financing, merger, restructuring, sale or transfer of all or part of the business.
A client, partner, platform or other recipient when you direct GrowPep to make the disclosure or provide valid consent.
GrowPep does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own unrelated purposes merely because information is available to us. Providers are expected to use information for authorized services and subject to applicable contractual or legal restrictions.
When online payment or checkout features are available, payment information may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor. GrowPep generally receives transaction confirmation, amount, status, payment-method type and billing details needed for the order and business records.
GrowPep does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own Website systems. Payment providers process financial information under their own terms, privacy notices and security obligations.
GrowPep retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the client relationship, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

GrowPep uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and services. Measures may include access controls, role-based permissions, authentication, secure hosting, encryption in transit, updates, backups, logging, anti-spam and security monitoring.
No website, transmission, storage system or security measure is completely risk-free. GrowPep therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, credentials and account access and for notifying GrowPep promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
If GrowPep identifies a personal-data incident, we will investigate and take steps required by applicable law and the circumstances, which may include containment, remediation, documentation and notification.
GrowPep is a United States registered company and may serve clients and visitors in multiple countries. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where GrowPep, team members or service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in another country may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguards, GrowPep will seek to use appropriate contractual, organizational or legal measures.
Your rights depend on your location, GrowPep’s role, the information involved and applicable exemptions. Subject to those conditions, you may have the right to:
You can opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting GrowPep. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service, account, transaction, security or legal communications.
If an applicable U.S. state privacy law covers GrowPep’s processing, eligible residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling.
GrowPep does not discriminate against an individual for exercising a legally protected privacy right. Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid Global Privacy Control signal, GrowPep will process it as required for the browser or device sending the signal.
Where European data-protection law applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. You may also object at any time to processing for direct marketing.
Where Canadian private-sector privacy law applies, you may request access to and correction of personal information and challenge GrowPep’s compliance. Consent may be withdrawn subject to legal, contractual and reasonable-notice limitations.
Send a request to support@growpep.com or use the Contact page. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information or interaction involved.
GrowPep may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority and jurisdiction. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but GrowPep may require proof of authority and direct identity verification. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
GrowPep’s Website and business services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. GrowPep does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required authorization. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information so we can review and take appropriate action.
GrowPep does not currently use personal information collected through the Website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. If that practice changes, this policy will be updated and required rights will be provided.
GrowPep.com may link to or embed third-party websites, payment providers, booking tools, social networks, maps, videos or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing personal information.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, GrowPep.com may not respond to them in a uniform way. Global Privacy Control signals are handled where recognition is required by applicable law.
GrowPep may update this Privacy Policy when services, technologies, providers, laws or business practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we may provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
